- Customers understand that all purchases are final
- Once the order is ready to be shipped, a tracking number via Australia Post will be provided as proof of dispatch and to track the journey of your parcel
- All items on T's Threads are of vintage, secondhand, pre loved or deadstock condition and MAY have minor flaws such as stains, blemishes, production faults, missing detail or minor tear which will be ALWAYS listed in the product description
- We ensure to uphold a brand of quality when concerning our stock and take all effort to make sure the item is cleaned and in good, sellable condition
- Once the package has been shipped we are not liable or responsible for anything there on after such as damage and/or missing items, which will be in the responsibility of the shipping carrier
- We provide multiple images, detailed description and measurements in flat lay and model sizing to give the customer all information necessary to ensure the garment is of a correct fit. It is highly recommended that the customer follow these prompts as we do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong sizing
- All model sizing is provided in the product description and on the sizing menu
